Rental Reservations Policy *

To ensure availability and efficient service, we recommend visiting our showroom in advance to select your rental equipment and place a 10% deposit. This deposit secures your reservation and allows our team to prepare your equipment ahead of time, ensuring a smooth and expedited pickup experience. Payment Requirements -A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your equipment. -Full payment is due at least 48 hours prior to the rental date to finalize and secure the reservation. -Rentals not paid in full within this window are subject to cancellation without notice. Security Deposit / InsuranceA security deposit equal to the full replacement value of the rented equipment is required. For example, if an amplifier valued at $500 is rented, a $500 security deposit must be provided. This can be done via: -Credit card pre-authorization (cardholder must be present with valid photo ID at pickup), or -Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming our business as an additional insured party and covering the full value of the rental.
